Make a dedicated donation to the ‘Herb Challenge’ fund today!

Funds are urgently needed for the legal challenge to EU herb law!  The target is £90,000 (€103k) for the first stage of the legal action.

Your donation will be used directly to fund the legal costs of the first stage of the court case and we’ll keep you informed all the way as to how the fundraising is progressing and what your money is being used for.

Concerned users:
Any contributions you are able to make are gratefully received – either as single or recurring monthly donations. 

Practitioners:
Please consider donating a recurring amount of £20 (€23) per month for six months to safeguard your practice.

Companies:
Please donate what you can to help save your business in Europe.  Your company may then qualify for listing on the dedicated ‘THMPD Support Base’ on both the ANH-Europe and European Benefyt Foundation websites, demonstrating your support and commitment for the herb campaign.  Please contact Sophie Middleton to check eligibility.

Your recurring contribution will be processed automatically for the number of installments you specify. You can leave the number of installments blank if you want to make an open-ended commitment. To make a recurring donation you will need to have a PayPal account – you can easily create an account during the payment process.

You can choose to cancel your payments at any time by doing the following:

  2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click My Preapproved Payments in the Financial Information column.
  4. Click View the Agreement next to the merchant agreement you want to cancel.
